Ilya Figler's program is focused on kids age 5-12. This summer program has 8 sessions. The classes are taken twice a week from 5 pm to 6:30 pm in small groups, and can take place in your house. This program is designed to increase not only your child's chess skills, but also their logical thinking ability. Contact me to find out more about enrolling your children in this program.

My strongest students now are

• Alec Getz (2320), who in 2008 won the Pan-American championship under 16 years old, and is a 3-time national champion every year;
• Chris Sugino became Top 10 in Nationals-2009
• Nigel Bryant became co-champion of New York City in 2010.
• and Lucas Zheng (3rd place in 2004 USA Supernationals Championship), who entered the American Magestic team.
